Welcome to Membet, an online casino and betting platform operating under the Membet brand. By accessing, registering for, or using any part of the Membet website or mobile app, you acknowledge that you have fully read and understood these Terms and Conditions.

These Terms & Conditions constitute a legally binding agreement between you as the user ("Member") and membet as the platform operator ("Company"). These terms govern all aspects of platform use, including account registration, deposits, withdrawals, bonus usage, and all gaming activities.

Deposit:

• The minimum deposit is MYR 20 unless otherwise stated in the promotional terms.
• Deposits are typically credited to your account within 1–5 minutes for instant payment methods.
• Membet is not responsible for delays caused by third parties such as banks or payment processors.

Withdrawal:

• The minimum withdrawal amount is MYR 30.
• The KYC verification process must be completed before your first withdrawal can be processed.
• Withdrawals are processed within 15 minutes to 1 hour for primary methods after full KYC verification.
• The withdrawal method must match the deposit method used, unless special approval has been granted by the Membet team.
• Membet reserves the right to request additional supporting documents for withdrawals that exceed certain limits.

All bonuses and promotions offered by Membet are subject to wagering requirements and specified time limits. Claiming any bonus means you agree to the relevant terms.

• Wagering Requirements: The total wagering amount required before bonus funds can be converted to withdrawable cash is clearly stated in each promotional offer.
• One Active Bonus: Only one deposit bonus may be active at a time. Claiming a new bonus before the existing one is completed may result in cancellation of the previous bonus.
• Validity Period: Every bonus has a stated validity period. Bonuses not used within that period will be automatically cancelled.
• Early Withdrawal Restriction: Withdrawals made before bonus wagering requirements are met will result in the cancellation of the bonus balance without compensation.
• Bonus Abuse: Any attempt to exploit or abuse the bonus system, including the use of multiple accounts, two-way betting, or other methods deemed fraudulent, will result in the cancellation of all bonuses and account closure.

Membet reserves the right to modify, suspend, or cancel any promotion at any time without prior notice if there is evidence of abuse or unforeseen circumstances.

All games available on Membet use a Random Number Generator (RNG) that has been independently verified by an accredited third party. This ensures that every game outcome is entirely random and cannot be manipulated by any party, including Membet itself.

• The outcome of all games is final once confirmed by the system. No appeals will be entertained for completed game results unless there is evidence of a technical system failure.
• In the event of a technical disruption during an active game, Membet will use data stored on the server to determine the result or refund the wager on a case-by-case basis.
• Membet is not responsible for internet disruptions on the user's end that cause disconnection during gameplay.
• Minimum and maximum betting limits for each game are displayed within the respective game interface.

To maintain a fair and safe environment for all membet members, the following activities are strictly prohibited:

• Registering more than one account using the same or different name, address, phone number, email address, or payment information.
• Using automation software, bots, artificial intelligence, or any automated tools to play or exploit the system.
• Colluding with other players to manipulate game outcomes, including collusion in poker or Live Casino games.
• Conducting financial transactions related to illegal activities or fraud using the Membet platform.
• Spreading false information, defaming, or damaging the reputation of Membet or other users.
• Accessing the platform from regions that specifically block Membet services using a VPN or other concealment methods.

Violation of any of the above rules may result in account suspension or closure and forfeiture of all balances, including associated winnings.

Membet reserves the right to suspend or close any account without prior notice under the following circumstances:

• Violation of any part of these Terms and Conditions.
• Suspected fraudulent activity, money laundering, or other unlawful activities.
• Failure to provide the requested verification documents within the specified timeframe.
• Account inactive for more than 12 consecutive months.

If an account is closed for reasons beyond the user's control (for example, the user chooses to close their own account), any valid remaining balance will be refunded via the original payment method once all reviews have been completed.

Users may also request voluntary account closure at any time by contacting Membet customer support.

Membet provides its platform and services on an "as is" basis. To the extent permitted by applicable law:

• Membet shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential losses arising from the use of or inability to use the platform.
• Membet's total liability to any member shall not exceed the net deposit amount made in the 12 months preceding the relevant claim.
• Membet does not guarantee that the platform will always be available without interruption, error-free, or fully secure from external threats, although we continually strive to maintain the highest level of service.

Membet reserves the right to amend these Terms and Conditions at any time based on business requirements, legal changes, or service improvements. When significant changes are made, Membet will endeavour to notify users via in-app notifications or email.
